House of SOMA is dedicated to body-centered awareness, conscious parenting, and embodied leadership through education, mentorship, and immersive experiences.

SoulFlow™ empowers presence, emotional balance, embodiment, and authentic expression in groups and leadership.

SoulFlow™ creates a supportive container where participants feel safe to move, release, and reconnect. The experience weaves intuitive movement, guided presence, and a closing period of rest and energetic integration, allowing people to leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.

Jessica Dawn Rodriguez is currently the only certified SoulFlow™ practitioner in the state of Idaho and offers customized SoulFlow™ experiences both virtually and in person by request.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Jessica Dawn Rodriguez, MS ECSE, founder of House of SOMA. I created this space to help women come home to their bodies, embrace conscious parenting, and step fully into embodied leadership.

I’ve spent over 25 years working with children, families, and communities, and have led nonprofit early childhood organizations at the local and state level. I also bring nearly a decade of experience mentoring and supporting women through energetic alchemy, helping them release generational patterns and step fully into their power.

House of SOMA is a place to cultivate presence, deepen connection, and honor the unique gifts you bring. Here, women grow together, share their wisdom, and co-create lives filled with meaning, joy, and purpose.
