What started as curiosity became one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received. I found Reiki during one of the most difficult seasons of my life, and it helped me reconnect with myself, trust my intuition, and experience both physical and emotional healing in a way I had never known before.

That’s why teaching Reiki means so much to me.

Over the years, I’ve met so many women who tell me, “I took a Reiki class years ago, but I never felt confident enough to actually practice.” Every time I hear that, it breaks my heart because I don’t want that to be your experience.

My hope is that you leave with far more than a certificate. I want you to understand Reiki, trust yourself, and feel confident guiding a session with the people you love or the clients you’re called to serve.
